Custom Kit
Your club deserves better than template kit. We design and make cycling and running kit that riders actually want to wear: proper fabrics, proper fit, your identity all over it. Designed, made and delivered by Lovesick.
The pitch
Most custom kit is a logo dropped on a catalogue template. Ours starts with your club: where you ride, what you stand for, the colours people already know you by. We treat every club the way we treat our own, and we ride in this stuff every week. If we would not wear it, you do not get it.
How it works
- Talk to us // tell us who you are, how many of you there are and what you need. We will be straight with you about fabrics, budget and timings on the first call.
- Design // the studio builds your full kit design, not a mockup on a blank jersey. Front, back, sleeves, socks if you want them. We refine it with you until it is right, and you sign off before anything gets made.
- Made and delivered // we manufacture to order and ship direct. Or we open a club store like this one, so every member orders their own size and pays for their own kit. No spreadsheets, no chasing money round the group chat.
What we make
Road and gravel jerseys, bib shorts and tights, gilets, rain jackets, training tees, running tops, caps, beanies, socks and accessories. Race fit or relaxed. All of it in your identity, none of it off a shelf.
The materials
The same spec we put our own name on: Italian fabrics from Jersey Lomellina, Teosport chamois, windproof and waterproof Vagotex membranes, YKK zips throughout. The good stuff, because kit that falls apart is expensive twice.
Minimums and lead times
Runs start small, so new clubs are welcome. Typical lead time is 4 to 6 weeks from design sign-off. Bigger ranges and club stores are quoted per project.
